Inverurie Medical Group is delighted to invite applications from enthusiastic General Practitioners to join our caring , innovative and friendly team.
We are a large training practice, based in a modern, purpose‑built Health and Care Hub in Inverurie, with a branch surgery in Kintore. We are seeking to recruit a Salaried GP, with the potential for progression to GP Partner in two years.
Ideally, the post would be for 8 sessions per week, although we are happy to discuss flexibility for the right candidate.
As a Medical Group we understand the importance of being a caring institute whilst remaining sustainable. We have embraced the BMA guidance on workload and have developed our team to signpost patients to other services when at capacity. We are ready to embrace Innovation to reduce admin time and improve consultations. We continually review our processes to achieve a sustainable work/life balance that fits the need of our team and patients.
