Brunton Place Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic GP to cover maternity leave from July 2026, with up to 6 sessions available for 6 or 7 months. We’re ideally looking for cover on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (one duty doctor day per week) but we're happy to explore alternative combinations for the right candidate.
📍 We're a long-established, expanding practice in central Edinburgh (EH7 5EG), just a ten-minute walk from Waverley Station and steps away from Calton Hill. Our diverse patient list of 10,100 reflects the vibrant community we provide care to.
👥 Our team includes 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Physician Associates, 2 Clinical Pharmacists, 3 Practice Nurses, and 1 Healthcare Assistant. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit team—with dedicated daily morning catch-ups over tea, bean-to-cup coffee and biscuits to stay connected.
