RECEPTIONIST/GP ADMINISTRATOR
Hours 30 per week, covering Monday to Friday

We are currently looking to expand our team and are recruiting an enthusiastic and dependable Receptionist/Administrator.
Experience in general practice would be an advantage including EMIS and Docman; however, not essential as full training and support will be given to the right candidate.

Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner as well as being able to communicate face to face with patients, staff and colleagues across Primary Care and the wider NHS. We are looking for someone who is a good collaborator and who can prioritise own workload around the demands of a busy reception area and office environment.

You must be able to work under pressure, adapt to unpredictable situations, be flexible in your approach, all whilst upholding patient confidentiality.

The role is integral to providing patient centred care especially when on reception, answering the telephone and helping support our patient population in an ever-changing environment. As part of our Administration Team, your role will be key in processing prescriptions and various documentation, booking and cancelling appointments along with supporting our Clinical Team to delivery Primary Care Services.
