Kirriemuir Medical Practice - GP opportunity
6 sessions over 3 days per week. Initial 6-month fixed-term post
We are looking for a GP to join our established training practice in the Angus town of Kirriemuir.
If you are looking for a regular commitment, the opportunity to build relationships with patients and colleagues, and a practice with an active interest in teaching and improving care, we would be pleased to hear from you.
About our practice
Education is an established part of practice life, through GP training and medical student teaching. Our clinical interests include women’s health and contraceptive procedures, minor surgery, and proactive diabetes and respiratory care.
We are also active in quality improvement, including proactive tools to support long-term condition reviews and medication monitoring. We would welcome hearing about your own clinical and educational interests and how these might fit within your time with us.

Remuneration to be discussed, with contractual terms aligned with the BMA model contract.
The post offers the chance to get to know the practice and our patients over time, while keeping your longer-term options open.
