The Glencairn Practice at Modyrvale Medical Centre is looking to recruit a practice nurse, initially with flexibility to cover forthcoming maternity leave, and option to follow on to a permanent part time post 2-3 days per week.
As well as general nursing duties, the post will include chronic disease management and cervical screening. It is desirable that candidates should have the appropriate experience and skills to apply for this position. All applicants should hold valid NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills as well as a willingness to work collaboratively and be an active part of our practice team. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, with excellent holiday entitlement and NHS pension scheme.

Our popular surgery provides NHS services for approximately 10,000 patients. Our surgery is highly regarded by patients and as a practice team we strive to provide an outstanding level of patient focused care. We are a Vision/DOCMAN practice.
Our team currently comprises of five GP Partners, two salaried GPs, one ANP, two Practice Nurses, a large and efficient administration team, as well as various other NHS Lanarkshire disciplines.
