About Us
We are a friendly, established practice caring for around 7,500 patients from our modern premises within Hunter Community Health Centre in East Kilbride.
Our clinical team includes three experienced GP Partners, three Salaried GPs, an ANP, Practice Nurse, HCA, experienced Practice Manager and a highly skilled administrative team. As an accredited Training Practice, we regularly support GPST1 and GPST3 trainees and enjoy helping colleagues develop their careers.
We encourage innovation and welcome specialist interests that enhance the services we already offer our patients.
What You'll Enjoy
Your working week offers a balanced mix of 15-minute face-to-face appointments, telephone consultations, mentoring opportunities and protected administration time.
You will benefit from excellent clinical support, daily informal clinician lunches, monthly MDT meetings, quarterly SEA & Complaints meetings, and modern digital systems that minimise unnecessary paperwork and maximise patient care.
A structured induction and at least one GP Partner available on site every day, ensuring help is always close at hand.
Location
Located in the heart of East Kilbride, Hunter Community Health Centre offers modern purpose-built facilities alongside community services, CTAC, Mental Health teams, Midwifery and District Nursing.
We're just a short walk from East Kilbride bus and train stations, next to the shopping centre, with on-site parking available with provision of permit.
