Barbauchlaw Medical Practice is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Salaried GP to join our friendly, ambitious and forward-thinking team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established GP who is looking for more than a traditional salaried role. Alongside delivering high-quality patient care, you will play an important part in supporting colleagues, developing services and contributing to the success of our practice, while remaining firmly patient-facing.
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supports colleagues and is keen to contribute to service improvement and the ongoing development of a thriving multidisciplinary team.
Alongside the delivery of high-quality clinical care, the successful applicant will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues where appropriate, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support the development of safe, effective and sustainable services across the practice.
This role would particularly suit clinicians who enjoy service development, mentoring colleagues and are looking for more than a typical salaried role, without partnership at present.
What we offer
- Salary of £13,500 per session, dependent on experience and responsibilities.
- Flexible working patterns and number of sessions by agreement.
- Six weeks' annual leave plus one week's study leave (pro rata).

We are a eConsult, Vision and Docman practice. We offer 13 patient contacts with no house visits per routine session.
