SALARIED GP REQUIRED FOR LOANHEAD MEDICAL PRACTICE

LOANHEAD MEDICAL PRACTICE     SALARIED DOCTOR POST  4 SESSIONS PER WEEK

An exciting opportunity to join a friendly training practice in Midlothian. The practice is a community hub with the leisure centre, library and primary school joined to the premises.

Due to increasing list size  we are looking for a salaried GP to cover  4 sessions per week.   Initially Salaried, with potential for partnership. We are open to interest regarding variable sessional commitment, including from GPST3’s pending CCT.   

·         6868   patients, increasing with surrounding new builds

·         Mixed population

·         Loanhead , Midlothian

·         Community Project with Leisure Centre, Library and Primary School attached, 1 ANP, 2 Practice Nurses, Treatment Rm (including new CTAC project), Physio, Pharmacy, CPN’s, Midwives

·         Training practice  GPST1/GPST2/GPST3

·         Currently 4 Partners and 3 Salaried GP’s

·         Salaried post with the potential for partnership in the future

·         Involvement in GP training – vibrant training practice

·         Support for developing skills in e.g.  diabetes management, minor surgery etc..
