About the Practice
Adam Avenue Practice is based in modern Airdrie Community Health Centre.
We care for around 10,300 registered patients and have built a stable, experienced team around them.
Our team includes:
- Five long-standing GP Partners
- Two Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Community Mental Health Nurse
- Community Link Worker
- Occupational Therapists
- On-site Pharmacists and local Pharmacotherapy Hub
We're easy to reach - well connected to both Glasgow and Edinburgh by motorway and rail.
