GP locum/salaried/partner/ANP/ANP Partner

Blackwood Medical Practice 125 Carlisle Road Blackwood Lanarkshire ML11 9RT

We have an exciting opportunity for a new GP/ANP to join our team.
Up to 6 sessions are available, at least two of the sessions will need to be on Monday or Friday, which tend to be the busiest days for us.
We are happy to consider all modes of work i.e. long term locum, initial locum or salaried in view to partnership or salaried (standard BMA model).
A standard session consists of four hours, with three hours of direct patient contact.  This will include ten appointments, each lasting 15 minutes. The remaining 30 minutes could be either spent on 2 face-to-face contacts (each lasting 15 minutes) or 4 ‘short follow-up telephone contacts’ each lasting 7.5 minutes.  60 minutes are allocated to any administrative work, which will be STRICTLY  limited to correspondence/results that relates to the GP/ANP . There is no house call and no special request/ queries/triaging responsibility.
The business has two GP partners.  It is an established, well organised, friendly practice based in Blackwood (ML11 9RT) with a list size of approximately 3900. We are about 3 minutes off M74 by car.
We use VISION, DOCMAN, Microtech check in system, Accurx (for communicating with patients and some triage) and Lexacom Echo (for dictation)
Start date – Immediate
Fees - depending on skill/experience level, happy to discuss on an individual basis, current locum fees per session is £320 + 22.5 % superannuation.
