The Practice
We are a well‑established, training practice with a strong multidisciplinary model and a clear ethos of minimising unnecessary GP workload.
- Practice list size: approx. 13,000 patients
- GP workforce:
- 6 GP Partners
- 3 Salaried GPs
- 1 Long‑term Locum
- Clinical team:
- 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- 3 Band 6 Practice Nurses
- CTAC Band 5 nurses
- Band 3 Health Care Assistants
- Large Pharmacotherapy Team, including a Clinical Pharmacist, actively reducing GP workload
- Wider MDT, including:
- First Contact Physiotherapy
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Dementia & Frailty Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Co‑located NHS services, enabling excellent collaboration:
