Newbattle Medical Group is looking for a Senior Associate Salaried
GP to join our friendly, ambitious, and forward-thinking team. This
is an excellent opportunity to take on a patient-facing role that goes
beyond routine sessions, with a defined leadership component.
We are seeking a skilled clinician who is confident managing
complexity, uncertainty, and risk, and committed to delivering
holistic, person-centered care. The successful candidate will also
support colleagues, contribute to service development, and provide
visible leadership within the multidisciplinary team.
Alongside delivering excellent patient care, you will act as a senior
lead for salaried GPs, offering day-to-day guidance and contributing
to quality improvement and sustainable service delivery. This role is
ideal for those preparing for future partnership or looking to maintain
leadership involvement while reducing day-to-day pressures.
Salary is circa £13,900 per session.
We offer flexible working patterns, six weeks’ annual leave plus one
week’s study leave, a study budget, protected admin time, additional
paid sessions, and support for CPD and leadership development.
