👥 Our Team
We are a close-knit, sociable team of:
· 4 partners
· 2 salaried GPs
Looking to add a further 4–6 sessions of salaried GP
☕ We meet daily for coffee and a laugh 🥪 Usually lunch together too
⚖️ Workload You Can Enjoy
We have conquered the workload problem post Covid and no longer dread coming to work:
· ✅ 10 patients per session
· ✅ 15-minute appointments
· ✅ Protected admin time
Duty doctor days are: ✔️ Calm ✔️ Controlled ✔️ Manageable
🏡 Minimal house calls across the practice → Average 0–1 per day per doctor
🤝 Excellent Support
We have an excellent support squad:
· Our admin team are lovely and highly praised for their appointment signposting
· Fortunate to have excellent CTAC staff
· District nurses on site
· Strong and supportive working relationships
🎓 Teaching Opportunities
We routinely host medical students from Dundee University
📚 They keep us on our toes ✅ Reduced clinics when teaching
