Location: Shotts and Newmains (North Lanarkshire)

Salary: £107,655 to £132,853 (gross, full-time) per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Salaried GP with a view to Partnership

 

About the Practice

We are a well-established, patient-focused GP surgery located in Shotts and Newmains, serving a diverse and growing community. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff, all committed to delivering high-quality primary care.

 

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including:

  • Managing acute and chronic conditions
  • Conducting patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online)
  • Prescribing and reviewing medications
  • Health promotion and disease prevention
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records

 

Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise
  • Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
