Valley Medical Practice are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated GP Locum / Salaried GP to join our team working 2-4 sessions per week. We are a small semi-rural well established practice located in East Ayrshire. The Practice is a well organised, forward thinking, friendly practice who very much work as part of a team, supporting each other to deliver high quality patient centred care.
We would encourage interest from both newly qualified GP’s as well as more established Practitioners. We are flexible regarding sessions per week.
We cover a practice population of around 3800 patients.
Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse & CTAC Nurse, along with an extended Multi-Disciplinary Team including Pharmacotherapy, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner and Community Link Worker. Our Clinical Team is well supported by our dedicated, efficient administration team. We use EMIS PCS Clinical system and Docman filing system.
The Practice is within a 20-30 minute commute from Ayr/Kilmarnock and a 45 minute commute from the Southside of Glasgow. Onsite parking is available.
