We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to join one of Aberdeen’s most established, high-performing and forward-thinking GP practice.
The practice provides care for approximately 12000 patients from a modern, purpose-built health centre reflecting long-term clinical quality, organisational stability and strong leadership.

This is a senior strategic leadership role suited to a confident, capable business leader who enjoys complexity, responsibility and the opportunity to shape how an organisation works.
About the role
You will be a core member of the practice leadership team, working directly with the GP partners to ensure the organisation remains resilient, well-run, and future-focused.
While experience in primary care or healthcare is welcome, it is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with university education in Business management, strong operational or people-management backgrounds from complex, service-driven organisations.
