– 5-6 Session Salaried GP
(2 sessions on Wednesday and Friday plus one or two sessions a week at least one of which would be best on Tuesday when there are clinical meetings)
– Good pay and MDDUS paid.
We are looking to recruit a doctor to join our team as we expand to serve the increasing population in the area around Ocean Terminal and as we work on a practice development plan to ultimately allow the equivalent of 15 minute appointments.
Leith Mount Surgery is a vibrant, forward thinking, friendly practice. We are fortunate to have a very diverse, younger than average, population and a committed dynamic team. Our list size is currently 12,000 patients. We have 6 partners, 4 salaried GPs, 3 practice nurses, 2 phlebotomists, physiotherapists, mental health nurse and pharmacy team along with a very friendly and helpful reception/admin team. Health visitors and district nurses co-located in the building. We use the EMIS clinical system and eConsult as an option for patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, motivated GP to join our team to work 5-6 sessions as a Salaried GP. We offer a bright consulting room in modern, spacious, purpose built premises. There are opportunities to get involved with teaching ST1/ST3 Registrars; in-house education programme, clinical meeting involvement and the possibility to get involved with contract work.
