Our Scotstown & New Dyce Practices are accredited Training Practices, helping shape the future of Primary Care.
Due to the exciting opportunity for additional Registrars at our practice, we require a GP Locum to assist with surgeries, covering our GP Partner Trainers.
We have a patient population of just over 22,500 (Scotstown 12,500 & New Dyce 10,000 patients). We use Vision as our clinical system & Engage Consult as our Patient online booking / triage system. The practice promotes a supportive, collaborative approach to work. Although we utilise Engage Consult, this is purely for triage, with traditional face-to-face appointments being offered to patients.
In the first quarter of the year, 34% of appointments were face-to-face
- We operate the BMA safe working principals
- 15 minute face-to-face appointment
- Above average session rate
We currently have a clinical team of: 6 GP Partners, 6 salaried doctors, 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 5 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA's, an MSK Physiotherapist and a Physician Associate. As well as PCIP, we have an inhouse Pharmacy team.
All new contacts will be triaged by our Duty Doctor, utilising Engage Consult.
