Due to continued growth within our Lanarkshire practices, we are seeking to recruit Salaried General Practitioners to join our established and supportive teams. We are currently recruiting up to 2 WTE salaried GP posts, with flexible working options available across our Lanarkshire sites.
The Role
The successful post-holder(s) will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services

Work collaboratively within a large, well-developed multidisciplinary team

Hold clinical responsibility for site
-
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), including support for home visiting activity where clinically appropriate
-
Participate in shared Docman workflow and practice systems
-
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and clinical priorities
-
Have the opportunity to develop specialist interests, aligned with service needs and personal development goals
Multidisciplinary Team Support
You will be supported by an extensive and expanding MDT, including:

Advanced Nurse Practitioners

Person Specification
Essential:

Full GMC registration with a licence to practise

Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility)

Commitment to high-quality clinical care and governance
