We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our reception and administrative team. This is a key leadership role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and maintaining outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the reception team, promoting teamwork and wellbeing.
- Oversee reception operations, including appointment systems and clinician schedules.
- Create and manage staff rotas, monitor sickness absence, and maintain service delivery.
- Handle recruitment, training, and compliance with employment law and practice policies.
- Maintain patient information systems (website, social media, PPG etc).
- Respond to patient queries and complaints professionally, in line with policy.
Support the Group Manager with operational planning and improvements
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF:
- EMIS clinical system
- Docman document management
