Salaried GP (2 – 8 sessions per week)
Orwell Medical Practice is seeking to appoint a Salaried GP (or GPs) to deliver up to eight sessions per week. This may suit one individual or several colleagues looking for a smaller sessional commitment with genuine flexibility.
If you're looking for a practice where patients come first, colleagues support one another, continuity of care really matters, and life-work balance is genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
About Orwell Medical Practice
We provide high-quality primary care for approximately 5,400 patients across Kinross, Milnathort and the surrounding picturesque villages.
We are a friendly, forward-thinking and well-established practice where teamwork, kindness and mutual respect underpin everything we do. We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, trusted and supported, and we have created a culture where colleague wellbeing is as important as delivering excellent patient care.
Our philosophy is simple:
A supported, valued and connected team provides the very best care for our patients.
Continuity of care remains central to our approach. We believe that building long-term relationships with patients and their families leads to better outcomes, greater trust and more personalised care.
We are committed to supporting the next generation of doctors and regularly welcome medical students on work placements. Our team enjoys sharing knowledge, encouraging curiosity and helping students gain valuable experience of general practice in a supportive environment.

Our bespoke Digital Triage model has been developed to manage increased patient demand while allowing clinicians to manage their workload and clinical day effectively. We want our team to deliver safe, high-quality care while maintaining a sustainable and enjoyable working life.
