Commencing: 1st February 2026 – 31st December 2026
We are a large town practice with 10 GP partners, 1 ANP and 2 Practice Nurses. We also have Health Board employed CTaC healthcare assistants, mental health nurses and a pharmacist on site. We support training of GP Trainees, Foundation doctors and also 3rd year LIC ScotGEM students. The clinical team is supported by an experienced team of administration and reception staff and workflow optimisation is in place. We are based in a modern, purpose-built practice set in the Georgetown area of Dumfries.
We have one GP starting maternity leave in February next year whom we are looking for cover for 6 sessions/week.
We have received positive feedback from locums who have been here in the past and look forward to welcoming a new team member!
