· No OOH commitment but available locally if wished.
· Approx 2000 patients covering a geographical area of around 222 square miles
· Vision and Docman computer systems
· Cluster linked FCP, Community Link worker, Community Nursing team, Primary Care pharmacy support and Primary care Mental Health worker
· Locality linked Midwifery and Health visiting teams
· High patient satisfaction scores in Health and Care Experience Surveys.
Seeking fixed term locum ( 3-6 months) GPs to provide 6-10 sessions, start date November 2025.
Opportunity for ad hoc locum sessions for 6-8 sessions per week if preferred.
